To purchase a West Mountain Gift Card in a denomination not listed above, to check card balance, or has been lost, stolen or damaged, please stop in at the Front Desk or call 518-636-3699 ext. 0. There is a $5 replacement fee for all lost, stolen, or damaged  physical cards.

Gift Cards can be redeemed online or at any West Mountain sales point. West Mountain Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. West Mountain Gift Cards have no expiration date.

Gift Cards purchased online will automatically be emailed to the purchaser and physical card addons will be mailed to the purchaser or guest unless otherwise indicated by choosing the pick up at the front desk option. Please allow 5-7 days for mailing after day of purchase for processing and delivery time.

Gift Cards can be used for anything online or in-house at West Mountain.
