West Mountain Gift Cards are the best gift when you don’t know what to buy! Our new gift cards (black cards with the new logo), which can be purchased in $25, $50, $75, $100 denominations, can now be redeemed online on any of our online products, and reloaded in any amount using the reload feature located HERE, along with checking your balance on the same page.

To purchase a West Mountain Gift Card in a denomination not listed above, to check card balance, or has been lost, stolen or damaged, please stop in at the Front Desk or call 518-636-3699 ext. 0. There is a $5 replacement fee for all lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Gift Cards can be redeemed online or at any West Mountain sales point. West Mountain Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. West Mountain Gift Cards have no expiration date.

A $10 dormancy fee is deducted annually from card balances after 12 months of inactivity.

Gift Cards purchased online will automatically be mailed to the purchaser or guest unless otherwise indicated by choosing the pick up at the front desk option. Please allow 5-7 days for mailing after day of purchase for processing and delivery time.

Gift Cards can be used for anything online or in-house at West Mountain.
